The CHAMP DLX is a small flatwork ironer / finisher featuring a revolving heated cylinder with a usable ironing width of 60" or 48". Its 8-3/4" diameter heated roll offers 25% higher finishing capacity and more drying power. Standard equipment on the Champ Deluxe flatwork ironer includes compression roll, complete stop buttons and full length stop bar, input feed conveyor and full exhaust canopy with wraparound heat shield and 1/4 HP blower and motor to properly exhaust ironer, meet code requirements, and improve operator comfort in the laundry room.

Chicago invented compact cylinder laundry ironers and has used its years of experience to design COMET EXECUTIVE the highest producing compact finisher available for use in a wide variety of restaurant, club, and banquet operations. The Comet Executive’s full 14" (350mm) diameter heated roll produces 15 to 20% more finished linen per hour with the highest BTU/heat generation capacity of traditional compact laundry ironers.

Comet Executive features the heavy duty construction, easy feeding canvas input ribbons, and compression roll similar to Chicago’s larger equipment. Full exhaust canopy with wraparound heat shield keeps heat working inside the ironer instead of escaping into the laundry room. A 1/3 HP motor driven blower and touch control AC frequency inverter variable speed drive are standard on all models. Available with heavy chrome plated no-wax ironing roll.

To meet the needs of those users who do not require the production capacity of the Mid Range series, the BREEZE dryer ironer offers a 13" (330 mm) diameter heated roll with an atmospheric (natural) burner instead of the full power burner system found on Mid Range drying ironers. Breeze features a full 120" roll length in a new space-saving design. AC frequency variable speed drive with jog reverse is also standard.

The Breeze dryer ironer is designed for users with full-length drying and finishing requirements (sheets, pillowcases, tabletops, or napkins) but whose quantity (poundage per hour) needs are substantially less than the higher production capacity of the regular Laser 13 ironer with full power burner system.

LASER 13, 16, 20, and 24 (330 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm) mangle ironers are traditional workhorses with Chicago's exclusive Eagle Eye touchless temperature control on gas heated models, ASME certified roll on steam models, and high output heaters on electric heated models. Each Laser Line mangle ironer delivers extra drying power when needed and reduces energy consumption when production demands are lower. Complete with AC frequency inverter variable speed drive and speeds up to 70 FPM (20 m/min) in a choice of six roll lengths and four diameters to match the needs of any mid-size commercial, on-premise, or party rental laundry requiring production of 120 to 400 pounds (54 to 180 kg) per hour. Choice of space-saving front or versatile rear/front return models. A complete range of 60", 85", 110", 120" (1500mm-3050mm) or extra-wide 136" (3500mm) ironers is available.

The gas heated GO mangle ironer series offers clear flow burner technology with Chicago-style BTU drying power for more even heat distribution and greater simplicity than ever before. Optional chrome-plated heated cylinder eliminates the need for waxing.
